Today, we pause with hearts full of gratitude and reverence.Good Friday is a sacred moment for us as believers to remember the incredible price Jesus paid so that we could walk in freedom, healing, and eternal life.

We don’t take lightly the suffering He endured; the betrayal, the beatings, the crown of thorns, the weight of the world’s sin, all for us.

“But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on Him, and by His wounds we are healed.”— Isaiah 53:5

There’s a holy stillness in this day.A quiet kind of victory. The kind that reminds us that the cross wasn’t a loss, it was a divine exchange. His life for ours. His righteousness for our brokenness. His obedience for our redemption.

“For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.”— 2 Corinthians 5:21

So yes, we reflect. But we also celebrate.Because as believers, we know what’s coming.Resurrection Sunday is around the corner and it changes everything.

“He is not here; for He has risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.”— Matthew 28:6

Our Savior didn’t stay in the grave. Death couldn’t hold Him!He got up and because He got up, we can too.We rise with purpose. With power. With hope.
