Repentance leads to joy. God doesn’t just forgive; He restores, renews, and celebrates our return to Him. The story of the prodigal son reminds us that repentance brings us back into fellowship with the Father, where there is love and celebration.

Key Scriptures:

  • “I have swept away your offenses like a cloud, your sins like the morning mist. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.” – Isaiah 44:22

  • “In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” – Luke 15:10

Repentance is not a burden, it’s a gift that brings freedom, peace, and joy in Christ.

Reflection Questions:

  1. How have you experienced joy after repentance?

  2. How can you celebrate and share God’s mercy with others?
