Walking in the New

Easter is not just something we celebrate it is something we are called to live in. The resurrection was not just a moment in history. It is an invitation into a new way of living. Jesus didn’t just rise so we could be saved. He rose so we could be transformed. Transformed in how we think. Transformed in how we see ourselves. Transformed in how we respond to life.


Too often, we find ourselves asking God for something new while still clinging to what is old.

We pray for peace but hold onto anxiety.We pray for confidence but rehearse insecurity.We pray for purpose but stay rooted in fear.

But God is gently reminding us: “I am doing something new… do you not see it?”


Sometimes the issue is not that God isn’t moving. It’s that we are still holding onto what He has already asked us to release.

You cannot step into new confidence while holding onto old insecurity.You cannot walk in purpose while clinging to fear.You cannot embrace your future while constantly rehearsing your past.



Today, I want to remind you, you are not who you used to be. You are not bound by what once held you.You are not defined by your past.

You are new!
